Paying for an order

Orders are charged in USD through the active card checkout. Footer card marks identify the merchant-confirmed display list and are not evidence that each card has been separately test-charged.

Why a payment may pause

The order enters processing only after payment authorization succeeds. Issuers and payment services control declines, temporary holds, and additional verification.

Sensitive card information

Complete card numbers and authentication secrets should be entered only in the protected checkout, never sent through ordinary support messages.

Payment help and refunds

Use Contact Us when a payment needs review. An approved original-method refund is processed and initiated within 10 days, although the financial institution can take longer to display it.
