Processing and transit

Order handling generally takes 1–2 business days after payment is authorized. Carrier travel time begins after shipment and is usually 4–6 business days.

Delivery details

Checkout shows the shipping services and fees available for the destination. Customers are responsible for submitting a complete, accurate delivery address before processing starts.

When a parcel needs review

If tracking stalls, a parcel is damaged, or the carrier marks it delivered before it is found, write to stephaniewiscotxxx@gmail.com. Include order and tracking details plus images when condition or contents are involved.

How estimates are counted

Weekends and applicable holidays are not business days. Handling time and carrier time are counted separately, and neither is an arrival-date guarantee.
