Shipping, returns, and responsibility

Delivery is governed by the Shipping Policy. The Refund Policy accepts defective and non-defective new-goods returns and exchanges and sets the condition, 30-day request, approval, return-by-mail, enclosed prepaid-label, zero-restocking-fee, and refund requirements.
